昨(13)日晚間9時04分，一輛隸屬於台北市蝶戀花旅行社的遊覽車，行經國道五號接國道三號南下往木柵轉彎處，疑因車速過送禮酒推薦快、司機疲勞駕駛，失控擦撞護欄後翻覆，造成33人死亡，也是近30年來最嚴重的公路事故。

這起遊覽車翻覆意外，引起國內外關注，日本《時事通信》、《朝日新聞》等主流媒體都在第一時間報導。但對於此事，日本網友直言「不意外」，表示「台灣的公車或計程車司機開車都很凶狠，這樣亂來的駕駛方式，會發生事故並不意外。」

不過也有日本網友表示，「去年輕井澤也發生過遊覽車翻車，導致15人死亡的事故，大家都是花錢買安全，希望業者別一昧減低價格競爭」、「為不幸罹難的受害者們祈福，R.I.P」。

（中央社記者林行健馬尼拉1日專電）馬尼拉以南甲美地省加工出口區今晚發生大火，據報至少100名員工受傷，可能有人死亡，區內12家台商工廠未受波及。

甲美地省（Cavite）消防局報告說，日商HTI公司生產組合屋的工廠於6時30分左右傳出巨大爆炸聲，之後開始起火，由於工廠放置許多易燃材料，火勢一發不可收拾。

截稿時火勢尚未撲滅，消防人員說，大火始於2樓，據報有數目不明的員工被困在3樓。

這座工業區內有12家台商工廠，所幸未受波及。1名台商表示，工業區內盛傳已有200多人不幸葬身火窟，但未獲官方證實。1060201
